jjiwn Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jjiwn", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jjiwn online casino and sports betting platform, its operators, licensors, and affiliated entities.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who has registered or is in the process of registering an account on the jjiwn platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and CNIC verification on the jjiwn platform.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's jjiwn Account, funded via supported payment methods.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Debit Card, as available at the time of transaction.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" means PKR funds deposited directly by the Player from personal payment sources, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct described in Section 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the jjiwn platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary restriction mechanism whereby a Player requests temporary or permanent closure of their Account to support responsible gaming objectives.

By accessing, browsing, or using the jjiwn platform in any capacity — including completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accepting a promotional offer — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with jjiwn's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jjiwn. You acknowledge that you have had adequate opportunity to read and understand these Terms prior to accepting them. jjiwn reserves the right to request written confirmation of acceptance from any Player at any time.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on the jjiwn platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jjiwn enforces a strict minimum age requirement and will not permit individuals under 21 to create accounts, place bets, or receive winnings under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You possess a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identity document acceptable to jjiwn's verification team.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, nor depositing funds originating from another person without their lawful authorisation.
• You are not currently subject to a Self-Exclusion order on the jjiwn platform or any affiliated platform operated under the same license.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a jjiwn employee in a position with access to non-public platform information.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on the jjiwn platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Section 8.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, and the name of your preferred PKR payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly notify jjiwn of any changes via the Account settings panel or by contacting support.

jjiwn reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not constitute an obligation on jjiwn's part to provide any specific game, promotion, or payment service to the applicant.

All financial transactions on the jjiwn platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jjiwn does not charge currency conversion fees. The Supported Payment Methods available to Pakistani players are JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Debit Card. Availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without advance notice.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the Account. jjiwn does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not previously used for deposit, or payment sources not registered in the Player's own name.

Deposits that cannot be matched to a registered Account due to incorrect reference details may be subject to processing delays. jjiwn is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, inter-bank transfer schedules, or technical outages on the part of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any partner bank.

jjiwn offers various promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn directly — only winnings generated through completed wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• jjiwn reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or manipulation of wagering requirements is identified.
• Promotional offers communicated via email, SMS, or push notification are personalised and may not be transferable to other players or accounts.

All bets placed on the jjiwn platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game, market, or event in question. Sports betting markets are governed by jjiwn's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and form part of these Terms. Casino games are governed by the rules displayed within each individual game interface as provided by the relevant game supplier.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. jjiwn reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from manifest error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game session, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable game provider's void and replay procedures.
• For cricket and other sports markets, jjiwn follows standard international sportsbook settlement rules. In-play bets confirmed before a relevant match event (e.g., wicket, boundary) will stand regardless of the event outcome unless a manifest error is identified.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting slip prior to bet confirmation.
• jjiwn reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size of any individual Player account at its sole discretion, including following a sustained period of winning activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjiwn platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent closure of the Account without return of balance at jjiwn's discretion:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, including through proxies, family members, or associated email addresses, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account limits.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming, including coordinated low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving gaming services, depositing funds from stolen or unauthorised payment sources, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the jjiwn platform to deposit, circulate, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity, or using gambling activity as a vehicle for financial obfuscation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live poker, live dealer games, or sports betting pools to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Unauthorised Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software not expressly authorised by jjiwn to interact with the platform.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, operate, or place bets using your Account credentials.

jjiwn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Player has provided false or misleading information; (c) the Account is being used for a Prohibited Activity; (d) regulatory or legal obligations require the Platform to take such action; or (e) the Account's security has been compromised.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's PKR Wallet balance will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released in full. Where a breach is confirmed, jjiwn's right to forfeit Bonus Funds and associated winnings is exercised in accordance with Section 8.

jjiwn is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a suite of player-controlled tools accessible directly from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Configure automatic session duration reminders and forced session endings at customisable intervals.
• Loss Caps: Define the maximum PKR amount you are willing to lose across a defined period. Caps activate immediately.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive on-screen prompts at set intervals displaying your session duration and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the jjiwn platform. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed. Self-Exclusion is activated within one business day of a confirmed request to [email protected].

All content, design, software, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the jjiwn platform are the exclusive property of jjiwn or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned by jjiwn or its game suppliers beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jjiwn content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of jjiwn's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjiwn's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Balance held in the Player's PKR Wallet at the time the relevant liability arises.

jjiwn shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) losses arising from platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical outages, or force majeure events; (d) losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms; or (e) the conduct, content, or policies of third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under jjiwn's international gaming license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jjiwn's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under the applicable gaming regulatory framework.

Where a Player is located in Pakistan, jjiwn will make reasonable efforts to engage in good-faith dispute resolution before initiating any formal legal process. Players are encouraged to raise concerns through the complaints procedure described in Section 15 before pursuing any external legal remedy.

jjiwn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Player rights, payment conditions, or account rules in a significant way — jjiwn will provide registered Players with at least 7 days' advance notice via email or on-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect.

Non-material amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates reflecting regulatory changes, may be implemented without advance notice. The "Last Reviewed" date displayed in the hero section of this page will be updated to reflect any revision. Continued use of the jjiwn platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you have any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, wish to raise a complaint, or require clarification on any provision, please contact the jjiwn support team. Our first-response target for email enquiries is under four hours during business hours, and under two hours for live chat.

Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line FORMAL COMPLAINT — [Your Account ID]. jjiwn will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, jjiwn will advise the Player of available escalation routes under the applicable regulatory framework.
